Improving Win Work Capability with Interserve in the Middle East

As part of Interserve’ s mission to improve their win work capability in the Middle East, MarketingWorks was appointed to assist firstly in identifying, and then supporting any priority improvement changes that the senior team agrees is necessary.

Following the research phase, the next stage of this change programme was to present the findings of the research, reviewing the Middle East teams’ existing capability, current strengths and weaknesses and reviewing what people say should or could be improved.

To also aid further discovery we ran a two day programme on best practice win work approaches, thinking and processes. There was numerous group tasks and activities which will provide an opportunity for hands-on engagement with some of the tools and allow the opportunity for Q&A throughout. The event was designed to inform and challenge and assist in identifying the priorities and issues that will be addressed in improving Interserve’s business development capability.
